As part of the execution of Lean Six Sigma projects, Acceleren Consulting leverages its Master Black Belt (MBB) team, each with over 20 years of experience, to mentor the Black Belts and Green Belts through their projects. The level of mentoring support is typically 1 – 1.5 hours per project week, or:
3 – 5 days of support over the course of a Black Belt project
2 - 3 days of support over the course of a Green Belt project
Our MBB’s share the accountability for project success with the Black Belt or Green Belt, ensuring a successful result is achieved. As part of the mentoring process, a weekly status report is generated and provided to key leaders to provide an unbiased report of progress and risks.
